Research Achievement Presentation,
Psychology Division, National Science and Technology Council
The Psychology Division of the National Science and Technology Council has been committed to elevating the standard of domestic psychological research and talent development. We strive to encourage forward-thinking and impactful new research, promoting results with the potential for social contributions and improved public mental well-being. Each year, numerous outstanding researchers participate in various thematic research projects, which serve as crucial driving forces for advancing psychology in Taiwan. The National Science and Technology Council provides resources for researchers to validate their innovative theories and publish research findings in internationally influential or locally valuable journals.
However, the research process is usually not without challenges. Even experienced and exceptional researchers must pay attention to details and be able to respond quickly and accurately in the face of risks. When they need the assistance of other scholars and experts, they know how to seek crucial support. Unlike typical conference papers, through this achievement presentation, we aim to promote the multidimensional sharing of experiences and create opportunities for collaboration among researchers. On this platform, psychology researchers can share their research findings, experiences, and wisdom in overcoming difficulties, or engage in discussions on cutting-edge topics in the field.
Such exchanges and collaborations not only foster academic interactions but also open up new possibilities for the application of psychology. Through collaboration, experts from different fields can pool their knowledge and resources to address psychological issues faced by society and the public. We believe that such interdisciplinary cooperation will inspire more innovative thinking and create broader development prospects for psychology research.
Lastly, the Psychology Division of the National Science and Technology Council will continue to contribute to the advancement and development of psychology in Taiwan. By continuously encouraging innovation, providing resource support, and promoting collaborative exchanges, we hope that psychology research will continue to make new breakthroughs and bring greater well-being to society. We also look forward to welcoming more psychology researchers to join us in exploring the mysteries of the mind and making more contributions to people's psychological well-being.
Yours sincerely,
Conveners of the Psychology Division of the National Science and Technology Council,
Tai-Li Chou and Ding-Yu Jiang
