If you don't need to submit, please go to Step 2.

The submission system is now closed, and the results will be progressively sent out via email starting from September 1st (Fri).

Oral Presentation File Submission Deadline: 09/30 (Saturday), and please upload the presentation PDF files here: https://forms.gle/gQDkvZ2pX4fHkVTM9.

File name format: Session-Presenter-Number, for example: 1-JohnWng-520. The file size limit is 10MB. Files will be placed in the venue in advance.

Each presenter will have a 10-15 minute time slot.

If you haven't uploaded your file, please make sure to bring your presentation on the day of the event.

Poster Presentation: The poster size is 120cm in length and 90cm in width.

Please complete the poster setup one hour before your presentation time. The poster display numbers for each session are announced below.

Step 2
Registration
- Get Early Bird Price before 9/25 (Mon.)
- Presenters must register before 10/1 (Sun.) to arrange their presentation into the conference program.

The certification of presentation for the conference will be sent to the presenter's email address in electronic format, including the paper title and all of the authors.

We will only provide electronic certification of participation for "full attendance." After the conference concludes and attendance records are confirmed, the organizing university will send participation certificates to those who attended both two days and signed in.
